A Brief Overview
The Sales Audit Associate is responsible for recording, auditing, researching and resolving issues related to the daily and monthly sales reconciliations and reviews. This position is an integral problem solver to ensure accurate recording and monitoring. This position must be able to effectively partner and communicate with our field leadership team and cross-functional partners and enforce company policy and procedure to ensure compliance.
What you will do
  • Research and provide resolution to cash balancing issues for retail service centers and warehouses. This includes investigating missing payments, customer refunds, missing/late deposits, checks to lockbox, etc.
  • Reconcile various store despitory accounts daily and monthly; monitor and communicate any variances and enter adjustments as necessary.
  • Problem solve to provide resolution support for field initiatives and IT issues.
  • Assists and prepares related month-end journal entries
  • Resolve external customer credit card related inquiries
  • Guide and assist stores with invoicing issues
  • Other duties assigned by management.

Education Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree Required
Experience Qualifications
  • 1-3 years Required
  • Previous accounting experience Preferred
  • Oracle experience and experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access Preferred
Skills and Abilities
  • Skilled in using a 10-key calculator and PC and Windows applications
