Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers into the dealership and provide a friendly, professional buying experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting the vehicle that best fits their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
  • Meet or exceed monthly vehicle sales goals established by the Sales Manager.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, technology, safety systems, and available options.
  • Explain financing options, warranties, and available accessories to maximize customer value.
  • Offer and conduct test drives while following dealership procedures for customer identification and documentation.
  • Build strong customer relationships through active listening, product knowledge, and outstanding service.
  • Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, referrals, and previous customers to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Utilize the dealership CRM to maintain accurate customer records and consistent follow-up.
  • Review daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly performance to identify opportunities for growth and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on Ford products, current incentives, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with management, finance, and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Previous automotive sales experience strongly preferred
