Job description

Job Title: Sales Associate
Overview: The Sales Associate (SA) role is responsible for running all “front of house” fitness studio operations The SA has a strong focus on a premier customer experience, as well as meeting sales expectations. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills and basic sales experience. The SA is responsible for meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the fitness studio, including membership sales and renewals, retail sales, maximizing workout traffic, and maintaining premium customer experience levels.
Job Duties Include:
  1. Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems
  2. Responsible for conducting a minimum of 40 calls per shift to prospective members, scheduling appointments, and generating leads each shift  
  3. Maintains cleanliness & organization of lobby, front desk, restrooms, and showers
  4. Conduct follow up calls with all prospective clients 
  5. Works closely with Coaches to ensure that processes are fulfilled
  6. Attend weekly team meeting & one marketing event per quarter
  7. Handle & resolve client account concerns/questions
Job Qualifications
  1. Excellent customer service skills
  2. Previous sales experience with strong sales skills (experience working in a quota bearing role highly preferred)
  3. Solid verbal and written communication skills required
  4. Able to multitask and excel in a busy work environment 
  5. Functional computer skills required – MS Office programs (Word, Excel), Google Suites, internet, computer program software use
  6. Health and fitness minded required 
  7. High school diploma required
  8. Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekend hours as needed
Reporting Structure: Studio Leader
Performance appraisal: 30 Day, 60 Day, 90 Day, and then bi-annually
Compensation: $12/hour + commission
