Seeking Individuals with knowledge and passion for:
  • Trees and Shrub Sales.
  • Flower sales.

Our candidates should be able to engage customers in a fun, friendly, and professional environment. Must be a strong team player with the ability to take direction, prioritize work efficiently, and have a keen attention to detail. New hires must show an interest and ability to learn the aspects of our Garden Center operations and familiarity with our product line.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with plant purchases, and pest and disease control.
  • Identify plant samples accurately.
  • Operate a point-of-sale system.
  • Restock and maintain the sales area.
  • Cleaning and pricing of plant material and other merchandise.
  • Carry out service and loading vehicles.
  • General labor and custodial chores.
  • Assist in other departments as workflow requires.
  • Any additional tasks or assignments as requested.

Skills required:
  • Professional appearance and customer service skills.
  • Use basic mathematics.
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and applications, e.g. Windows operating system.
