About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant,you'llsupporttheteam and clients by helping with day-to-day operations in the store.You'llgain hands-on experience in sales support, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising. This is a support role, ideal for someone early in their careerwho'seager to learn and grow in a creative, design-focused environment.You'llreport to the Assistant Manager and work closely with our sales and visual teams.
WhatYou'llDo:
Support the team with order processing, delivery coordination, and client follow-up
Helpmaintainthe store's visual presentation and product displays
Assistwith inventory of marketing materials, swatches, and office supplies
Learn about our products and design principles through training and team meetings
Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide helpful, friendly service
WhatWe'reLooking For:
Interest in design, retail, or customer service
Previousretail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but notrequired
Comfortable using Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and navigating websites
Willingness to learn systems likesalesforceand design software(we'lltrain you!)
Able tolift upto 20lbsand move items as needed

Compensation range for this role is $19.00 - $21.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
