Job description

Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Sales & Events Coordinator, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. 

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Manage scheduling and follow-up communications with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
