What You'll Do

  • Lead the monthly business review process, including pulling and validating data, building content, facilitating discussions with global and regional sales planning teams, and driving the overall narrative.
  • Manage reporting execution by creating timelines, coordinating inputs, ensuring data accuracy and alignment, and delivering polished, analysis-backed content.
  • Ensure data accuracy by validating information, identifying gaps, reconciling inputs across teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve disconnects, establishing a single source of truth.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination, regularly engaging with a diverse group of stakeholders across global and regional sales teams and senior leadership to maintain alignment and progress.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in an analyst role.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and craft clear, impactful stories.
  • Strong skills in transforming raw data into concrete and explainable insights.
  • Expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs, and advanced functions.
  • Ability to transform data into effective visual representations (charts, dashboards, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience in building polished decks and executive presentations.
  • Comfort in managing multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively within a complex, matrixed organizational structure.

Nice-to-Have Skills
