As the Product Insights & Analytics Manager for Office Print Solutions, you will serve as the voice of the customer and market for our solutions business, leading the generation of insights that inform product strategy, innovation, and growth. You will leverage customer research, market intelligence, competitive analysis, and product performance data to identify emerging opportunities and guide strategic decision-making. Working cross-functionally across product, engineering, marketing, sales, and business leadership, you will translate complex data into clear recommendations that improve customer experiences, strengthen portfolio investments, and accelerate business outcomes.

Product Insights & Analytics Manager

Mission: Transform customer telemetry, usage data, and business performance metrics into actionable insights that improve customer experiences, product adoption, and business outcomes across the software portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage measurement frameworks for software solutions, including setup and onboarding, device management, scan solutions, and SaaS offerings.
  • Analyze customer journeys and product usage patterns to identify friction points, adoption barriers, and opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that influence product strategy, roadmap prioritization, customer experience improvements, and business investments.
  • Design and evaluate experiments and growth initiatives to measure the impact of product, onboarding, engagement, and retention improvements.
  • Develop customer segmentation, behavioral models, and predictive analytics to identify growth opportunities, customer health indicators, and churn risks.
  • Partner with engineering and platform teams on telemetry strategy, ensuring products are instrumented to support effective measurement and decision-making.
  • Provide executive reporting and business intelligence that enables data-driven decision making across the software portfolio.
  • Focal point for Privacy, Product and Platform to ensure data management is in compliance with HP policy

Education and Experience Required

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business , or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in product management or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Expertise in building and scaling strategic partnerships, including opportunity assessment, partner selection, and solution alignment.
  • Proven track record of delivering partner-integrated products/solutions that drive adoption and measurable business impact (revenue, attach, retention, customer satisfaction).
  • Strong understanding of solution commercialization: packaging, pricing inputs, contracts, enablement, and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to translate customer workflows into clear requirements and integration briefs for engineering teams and partners.
  • Experience managing cross-company technical integrations (APIs, security, identity, cloud services) and coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
  • Relentless passion for customer experience and advocacy for ease of deployment, reliability, and supportability in enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for technical, business, and executive audiences-internally and with partners.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills in matrixed organizations; ability to align stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, including market analysis, business case development, and prioritization.
  • Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder management, including navigating legal/commercial terms and driving alignment to close and scale partnerships.

The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
