About the Role
DirectMeds is seeking an experienced, results-driven Engagement Team Representative to join our growing team on a weekend-only, part-time schedule.
This is a performance-driven sales role designed for professionals who are confident on the phone, know how to build rapport quickly, and have a proven ability to turn conversations into sales.
We are especially interested in candidates with experience in mortgage sales, telehealth sales, peptide sales, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, wellness, or high-volume inside sales.
You'll work with existing patients and prospective customers to understand their needs, educate them on available solutions, identify opportunities for additional products or treatment options, and confidently close sales - all while maintaining a patient-first approach.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Saturday and Sunday only

Position Overview
The Engagement Team Representative is responsible for proactive outreach and consultative sales conversations with existing DirectMeds patients.
Success in this role requires the ability to quickly establish trust, uncover customer needs, educate customers on available products and services, handle objections, and confidently close sales.
This is not a passive customer service position. We are looking for sales professionals who are comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and are motivated by measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and patient outreach to drive engagement and sales
  • Connect with existing patients to understand their goals, needs, and treatment experience
  • Identify opportunities for additional products, services, or treatment enhancements
  • Educate patients on available peptide therapies and other wellness solutions in accordance with company guidelines
  • Build rapport and establish trust quickly over the phone
  • Handle objections effectively and confidently move conversations toward a purchase decision
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs
  • Upsell and cross-sell appropriate products and services
  • Follow up with patients and leads to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Accurately document all patient interactions, sales activity, and follow-up in the CRM
  • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including CRM, Five9 dialer, and patient management platforms
  • Follow established sales processes and company policies
  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to improve sales performance and patient satisfaction

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for proven closers, not simply people who have answered phones.
The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, highly coachable, comfortable with sales targets, and energized by the opportunity to increase their earnings through performance.
Preferred Sales Background
Candidates with experience in any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply:

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in inside sales, telesales, telehealth, mortgage, healthcare, or another high-volume sales environment
  • Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
  • Must be able to commit to 16-20 hours every weekend
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
  • Strong closing, upselling, and cross-selling abilities
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Highly motivated by performance and commission-based earning potential
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer interactions
  • Comfortable multitasking across multiple software platforms
  • Professional, reliable, competitive, and coachable

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling peptides, hormone therapies, telehealth services, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, or wellness products
  • Mortgage or lending sales experience
  • Experience with Five9, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Background in healthcare, medical sales, patient engagement, or wellness
  • Proven experience succeeding in a high-volume, metric-driven sales environment
