Job Description

Job will support the US commercial business for Joint Reconstruction & VELYS Enabling Technology
 

Key Responsibilities
Collect contract closure/renewal information & maintain the “Closed & Install” tracker as well as the 2026 VELYS Leadership tracker
Track closed deals, install dates, instrument deployments
Maintain accurate fleet lists for VRAS, VHN, UKA with accurate ISO information
Develop monthly sales leaderboard communications (Winner’s Circle Communications)
Aggregate monthly leadership insights report with overview of the VELYS US business (State of VELYS Monthly Report Out)
Maintain UCN traceability crosswalk for capital fleet (VRAS & VELYS Hub)
Transpose upcoming funnel deals into instrument/capital deployment tracker (managed by supply chain value stream team)
Maintain ET Team (VELYS) Events Calendar
Schedule ET trainings & coordinate agenda/speakers with ET team leads
Developing suggestions for work automation/dashboard development from manual tracking activities
