Position Summary

Mighty Auto Parts is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse operations while assisting with office and administrative functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.

The Warehouse & Administrative Assistant will split time between receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the sales, operations, and customer service teams.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Warehouse Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory shipments.
  • Organize products and maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as needed and follow all safety procedures.
  • Load and unload deliveries and move products throughout the warehouse.
  • Monitor inventory shortages and communicate replenishment needs.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Enter orders, invoices, and inventory transactions into company systems.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide basic customer support.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic records.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as assigned.
  • Support scheduling, data entry, and general office administration.
  • Assist with customer account management and order tracking.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Provide support to management and sales staff on special projects.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
