The Senior Account Manager will drive revenue growth for our Inspection Software Network (ISN) business through a combination of customer expansion, competitive acquisition, and new business development. This role is heavily sales-focused and is responsible for re-engaging inactive customers, converting competitive users from platforms such as Spectora and HomeGauge, and acquiring new enterprise customers within the home inspection software market.

The Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of existing and dormant accounts while serving as a trusted advisor to inspection business owners, operators, franchise organizations, and other key decision-makers. Success in this role requires strong consultative selling skills, industry expertise, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic account management.

What You Will Do as a Senior Account Manager

Account Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing, inactive, and underutilized customer accounts.

  • Develop and execute competitive displacement strategies to convert Spectora, HomeGauge, and other competitive platform users to the ISN platform.

  • Drive customer re-engagement initiatives designed to increase platform adoption and revenue growth.

  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the ISN product suite.

  • Own the full customer revenue lifecycle, including re-engagement, expansion, renewal, retention, and growth activities.

  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

  • New Business Development

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the home inspection software market.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations and product demonstrations tailored to customer business objectives.

  • Develop and deliver ROI-focused presentations that clearly articulate the value of the ISN platform.

  • Customer & Executive Relationship Management

  • Build trusted relationships with business owners, franchise operators, and executive-level stakeholders.

  • Conduct strategic account reviews and executive business discussions to identify growth opportunities.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on industry trends, competitive solutions, and customer challenges.

  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to develop targeted customer engagement strategies.

  • Pipeline Management & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate account activity, opportunity tracking, and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.

  • Provide regular pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and business performance reporting.

  • Ensure all sales activities are documented and managed in accordance with company processes.

  • Industry Engagement

  • Represent ISN at industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and networking opportunities.

  • Build brand awareness and generate pipeline opportunities through industry participation.

  • Travel is expected up to 35% annually and may include customer meetings, trade shows, conferences, and company events.

What You Will Bring as a Senior Account Manager

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, territory management, or business development.

  • Direct experience within the home inspection software industry, including familiarity with ISN, Spectora, HomeGauge, or similar industry platforms.

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue growth through new business acquisition, account expansion, and competitive displacement.

  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with business owners, franchise operators, and executive-level leaders.

  • Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and business reviews.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous employment with Spectora or HomeGauge.

  • Experience selling software solutions into the home services, inspection, or property technology industries.

  • Experience conducting executive business reviews and strategic account planning sessions.

  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Pay Range*: $88,500 - $106,000 Annually
