Job Overview

Plans, develops, and implements customer strategies for the retention of existing business and growth within a specific customer by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides direction and develops growth and retention for client specific programs.

  • Reviews research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate customer's attitudes of services and relationship

  • Consults with development teams on market requirements and product features

  • Communicates strategies including marketing, operations, communications, sales, and employee satisfaction from assigned customer to executive team

  • Coordinates and aligns strategy with corporate growth plan.

  • Works with other departments to help develop relationship with regards to, pricing, positioning, and packaging

  • Evaluates and analyzes program results and presents recommendations for changes in strategy
