Outside Sales Executive โ€“ IT Managed Services (MSP)

Job Summary:
Interweave Technologies ais seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Executive to drive new business growth for our IT Managed Services (MSP) offerings. This is a field-based role focused on building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals through in-person meetings and local networking. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on face-to-face selling and has a strong understanding of business technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new business through in-person visits, networking events, referrals, and cold outreach.ย 
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners, executives, and IT decision-makers.ย 
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and present tailored IT managed service solutions.ย 
  • Delivering compelling sales presentations covering services such as cybersecurity, cloud solutions, network management, and help desk support.ย 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to establish trust and long-term partnerships.ย 
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts; negotiate and close new business.ย 
  • Manage and grow a local sales pipeline, maintaining accurate records in CRM.ย 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and scope appropriate solutions.ย 
  • Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and business organizations (e.g., chambers of commerce).ย 
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.ย 
  • Be an integral part of the Interweave Team.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in IT services, SaaS, telecom, or technology solutions).ย 
  • Proven success in a field sales or territory-based role.ย 
  • Strong ability to build rapport and close deals in face-to-face settings.ย 
  • Basic understanding of IT services (cloud, cybersecurity, networking, managed support).ย 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.ย 
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.ย 
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and willingness to travel locally within assigned territory.ย 
  • Experience with CRM tools.ย
