Omega Builders is GROWING! We are looking for a dynamic Sales Agent to join our sales team! The right candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excel at building relationships and communication!

An Omega Sales Agent facilitates showings, negotiation, contracting and closings of Omega Buildersโ€™ new homes. The primary duty of the position is making sales. The Sales Agent will customarily and regularly be working at model homes, away from Omegaโ€™s corporate offices.


  • Meets or exceeds monthly/annual sales goals
  • Maintains accurate records in the CRM system
  • Generates new sales leads and follows up on existing leads in a timely manner
  • Conducts sales presentations and tours of model homes to potential buyers
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Initiates sales strategies and personal educational opportunities
  • Provides regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager
  • Maintains current knowledge of Omega's communities, homes, construction process, finance and closing procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining condition of the model home and on-site completed inventory of homes
  • Manages direct Sales Assistant(s)
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Required Education/Experience/Licensure
