In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• At least 10+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial experience in enterprise architecture, integration architecture, middleware, SOA, and API platforms.
• Strong hands-on and architecture experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API-led connectivity, Mule applications, API specifications, reusable assets, integrations, and deployment models.
• Certified MuleSoft Integration Architect or equivalent MuleSoft architecture certification preferred/required based on client need.
• Experience designing hybrid integration solutions across cloud, on-premises, SaaS, legacy, file-based, batch, event-driven, REST, SOAP, and messaging-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of security architecture, API protection, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect, secrets management, data protection, and compliance controls.
• Experience working with Agile delivery teams, architecture governance forums, design review boards, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Authorization to work in the United States and willingness to work from client or project locations as required.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• Experience with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, on-premises Mule runtimes, hybrid deployment models, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with complementary API management and integration platforms such as IBM API Connect, IBM DataPower, Google Apigee, Salesforce, IBM Cloud Pak, MQ, Message Broker, and managed file transfer solutions.
• Financial services or banking domain experience, including core banking, ACH, bill pay, wire transfer, P2P payments, cards, fraud, dispute management, lending origination/servicing, and digital channels.
• Experience defining enterprise architecture roadmaps, integration topology, reusable patterns, implementation guides, API standards, and centers of enablement.
• Knowledge of TOGAF principles, SOA, microservices, data architecture, centralized data landing zones, governance, and enterprise modernization approaches.
• Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG ingestion architecture, intelligent document processing, Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, source control, testing automation, observability, performance tuning, and production support.
• Strong client-facing communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, pre-sales, vendor evaluation, and global delivery leadership skills.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
