Job description:
o Provide 24/7 level 2 & Level 3 support for integration infrastructure
o Provide support for change requests, incident management, config management, scheduled Maintenances and unscheduled maintenances.
o Provide support by monitoring the alerts setup for application & infrastructure
o Configure monitoring for Integration applications & Infrastructure.
o Perform performance tuning of the integration infrastructure
o Provide root cause & problem analysis for P1 & P2 incidents.
o Work with technology vendors such as IBM, Oracle, and VMware for any integration technology specific issues & bugs
o Provide support and work closely with integration application Team & end system's teams for any production incidents related to the integration interfaces.
o Create in-depth documentation & knowledge base for integration infrastructure systems and applications and frequently update the documentation and knowledge base for new interfaces.
o Adopt current processes, guidelines & policies for application support, monitoring & performance tuning.
o Regularly perform Integration Infrastructure Maintenance for server restarts, server backups, file system cleanups & DR activities.
o Provide support for Integration Infrastructure DR installations, configurations, deployments & tests.
