KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SailPoint Identity Governance Technical Lead to join our Advisory Services practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the end-to-end migration of enterpriseapplications onto the SailPoint ISC platform; this includes planning,designing, and executing the migration strategy to ensure a seamless transitionwith minimal disruption
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure configurations withinSailPoint ISC; accountable for setting up workflows, policies, and connectorsto meet business and security requirements
  • Act as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving complexissues that arise during the migration or application onboarding process; yourdeep knowledge of SailPoint will be crucial in overcoming technical hurdles
  • Work closely withapplication owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements,provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including designspecifications, runbooks, and operational guides; help establish best practicesfor ongoing ISC administration and governance
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to upholdKPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recenthands-on experience with IGA solutions, with at least two years specificallyfocused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
  • Bachelor's degree from anaccredited college/university in computer science, information security, or arelated field is required; SailPoint professional certifications (for example:SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer) are preferred
  • Provenapplication onboarding and migration expertise, including leading at least onesignificant migration from legacy IAM solutions (e.g., Oracle Identity Manager,SailPoint IIQ) to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
  • Deepunderstanding of IAM and access governance (identity lifecycle, accessrequests, certification, role engineering), security controls, and regulatoryframeworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001); familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Abilityto lead technical workstreams, make informed decisions, mentor team members,and drive complex identity governance initiatives
  • Excellentanalytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with theability to lead technical discussions; knowledge of AI tools and integrations,including management of non-human and agent identities
  • Ability to travel as required
