Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a SailPoint Architect for an opportunity with a large healthcare organization in Saint Loius, MO.
Summary:
The SailPoint Architect is responsible for the hands-on design, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's SailPoint IdentityIQ-based Identity and Access Management (IDAM) environment. This role serves as the technical authority for SailPoint architecture, operations, integrations, and access governance, ensuring identity solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
* Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration and architecture
* Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDAM) principles
* Experience with Active Directory, role-based access control, and group management
* Proven experience developing SailPoint rules, workflows, and integrations
* Experience supporting enterprise-scale identity platforms and access governance
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Experience with Windows server administration and patching
* Ability to work independently while collaborating across technical and business teams
* Appropriate certification required within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with large-scale IDAM transformations or consolidation initiatives
* Familiarity with access governance, compliance, and audit requirements
* Experience integrating SailPoint with HR systems, provisioning platforms, and downstream applications
* Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
