Job Summary:
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Developer to support the Cyber Line of Business โ€“ Access Management Team. This role focuses on hands-on SailPoint development and integration work, contributing to ongoing business-as-usual initiatives within a large enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint solutions and integrations
โ€ข Perform hands-on development and engineering work within SailPoint
โ€ข Support access management initiatives and ongoing BAU operations
โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams to implement and enhance identity solutions
โ€ข Review existing code and participate in technical discussions and troubleshooting
โ€ข Ensure solutions align with security and access management standards
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint development (mandatory)
โ€ข Proven experience with SailPoint integrations
โ€ข Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
โ€ข Proficiency in Java and general programming principles
โ€ข Experience reviewing and understanding code (no live coding required during interview)
โ€ข Familiarity with databases, APIs, and related technologies is a plus
