We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team at Sail Future Psychiatry Center. In this full-time remote role, you will provide compassionate telehealth support to clients across Nevada, helping them navigate their mental health challenges. This position operates within a fully remote telehealth setting, enabling our counselors to connect meaningfully with clients from the comfort of their own homes. • Provide personalized therapy strategies for each client, ensuring that their unique needs and challenges are recognized and addressed.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic plans that are evidence-based, nurturing healing and growth.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in various formats, including individual therapy, group sessions, and family therapy, adapting approaches to fit specific client needs.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to foster effective treatment interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, encompassing various aspects of the clients’ lives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records while adhering to ethical and legal standards, supporting the quality of care we provide.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend workshops that promote current best practices in mental health care and emerging research.

Our counselors work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents. This variety allows counselors to apply their skills across different demographics, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. We pride ourselves on our ability to cater to each client's needs, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Nevada is required.
• Experience providing counseling services for at least two years, ideally in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work with adults, children, and adolescents.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical practice in the field of mental health.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly preferred.
• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling practices.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and patient outcomes.
