Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inspect properties for evidence of pests and assess damage and level of infestation.
  • Spray and dispense pesticides around the property.
  • Set traps for larger pests.
  • Air out properties after large fumigations.
  • Log and manage jobs using our customer relationship management software.
  • Educate customers on pest prevention techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients about treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • Commercial Pesticide Applicator license for the state of NJ or NY.
  • Pest control experience.
  • Physical stamina.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and observational skills.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license.
  • Proper ID/documents for background verification.
