Position Summary

At Sagebrush Steakhouse, we’re serving bold flavors, big portions, and Texas-sized hospitality. Our servers are not just order takers; they are experience creators and sales professionals who drive both guest satisfaction and restaurant success. You build relationships. You anticipate needs. You confidently guide guests through the menu to enhance their experience. Through genuine hospitality and product knowledge, you create loyal guests who are eager to return.

What You’ll Do

  • Create a welcoming, personalized experience for each guest
  • Guide guests through the menu with confidence, highlighting featured items, add-ons, and premium options while making recommendations that will enhance their meal (Apps, Desserts, Upsells, Etc.)
  • Accurately take the guests order and enter food/ beverage orders into the POS system
  • Deliver food and beverages with proper timing and attention to presentation
  • Anticipate guest needs before they ask (refills, condiments, extra napkins, etc.)
  • Check back consistently to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities to elevate the experience
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, taking ownership of the solution
  • Maintain a clean, organized section that reflects pride and professionalism
  • Process payments accurately and thank guests sincerely, inviting them back
  • Support teammates to ensure smooth service and strong overall restaurant performance
