Our Family Law group serves clients across the state with sophisticated, results-oriented representation in matters of the highest personal significance.

The Opportunity

Halloran & Sage is seeking an accomplished Family Law attorney to join our Middletown office as a Partner. This is an exceptional opportunity for an established practitioner who is ready to grow their practice within the platform and resources of a leading Connecticut firm.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a caseload of complex family law matters, including high-asset divorce, custody disputes, business valuations, and post-judgment proceedings
  • Supervise and mentor associate attorneys and staff
  • Develop and expand the Family Law practice group in the Greater Middletown region
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral sources, and the broader legal community
  • Contribute to firm leadership, business development initiatives, and strategic planning
Qualifications
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active Connecticut bar admission required
  • 10 or more years of family law experience
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of excellent client outcomes
  • Portable book of business strongly preferred; candidates with an established client base are especially encouraged to apply
  • Strong reputation in the Connecticut legal community
  • Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and interpersonal skills
