Job description

Are you an accounting whiz? Are you looking for part time work? Do you have experience using SAGE?

 If you answered yes to those questions, we want you!!  We need an awesome part time Accounting Assistant/Office Manager to make sure the office runs smoothly and is well organized.  This is a great opportunity to work part time hours with an established company that offers a phenomenal working environment!  

Requirements:

         Full charge bookkeeping experience

         AP/AR

         Great phone etiquette

         Experience doing reconciliations

         Experience using SAGE

         Experience using QuickBooks

         Customer service experience

         Part time (20-30 hours/week)

         Located in El Cajon

         $17-19/hour DOE
