Join Our Team as a Safety Manager!

Are you passionate about creating a safe work environment? Do you have a keen eye for identifying potential risks and implementing solutions to prevent accidents? If so, Tuttle AAG, LLC is looking for a dedicated Safety Manager to join our team in Friend, NE.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and oversee company safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (DOT & OSHA)
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and develop strategies for improvement
  • Provide safety training to employees on topics such as proper lifting techniques, emergency procedures, and hazard communication
  • Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with management and staff to create a culture of safety and awareness throughout the organization
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a safety management role or similar industry experience
  • Advanced knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices in safety management
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
