Job Title: Bulk Plant Operator
Location: Horseheads, NY 14845
Duration: 12+ Months
Pay Rate: $18.00–$22.00/hr (W-2)

Job Summary:
Responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery (PSD) by managing bulk plant operations, blending materials, and ensuring quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Blend and prepare bulk materials as per job specifications
  • Calculate and verify material quantities before loading
  • Follow quality assurance procedures for accurate product delivery
  • Coordinate product movement with logistics and PSD teams
  • Maintain inventory records and complete daily documentation
  • Ensure safe storage and disposal of materials and containers
  • Perform routine equipment checks and maintain plant cleanliness
  • Support training of junior operators when needed
HSE Responsibilities:
  • Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE
