As a Storage Expert, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers, guides them to the right storage solutions, and ensures our properties stay clean, safe, and well‑maintained.


About the Role

In this hands-on role, you’ll support daily property operations while delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll help customers find the space they need—while keeping the office and property operating like a well‑oiled machine.


What You’ll DoSales & Customer Experience
  • Greet customers in person and by phone with professionalism and positivity
  • Assist customers with renting units, answering questions, and exploring storage options
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through great communication and follow‑up
  • Promote a welcoming, friendly environment every day
Office & Administrative Support
  • Process payments, maintain accurate records, and prepare deposits
  • Track property performance and maintain essential documentation
  • Follow up with customers on late accounts following company guidelines
Maintenance & Property Care
  • Ensure the office, units, and grounds stay clean, organized, and safe
  • Perform light maintenance, custodial tasks, and restock supplies
  • Complete regular property inspections to maintain high standards
Team Support & Compliance
  • Support the Resident Storage Expert and overall team operations
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Uphold our brand with professionalism and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED (minimum)
  • Experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred)
  • Strong communication and basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
