In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer
Your contribution to the team:
• Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
• The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
• A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
• A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
• A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Required Skill and Experience
Overall experience in IT and Consulting. Possess experience in end to end implementations using Quadient Inspire
Preferred Skill and Experience
Have extensive knowledge in Quadient Inspire product such as Inspire Designer, Scaler and Interactive and their implementation modules
3. Having fair knowledge of Exstream or Papyrus is an added advantage
4. Elicit and analyze of requirements for data mapping, template layout design and post processing requirements, coming up with high level and detailed design for corresponding CCM application as per best practices
5. Design and Configure applications on Inspire tools to migrate applications from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire platforms
6. Experience in usage of REST point services within Scaler
7. Worked on ticket generation/Remote authoring process in Inspire interactive
8. Participate in successful planning, design, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and implementation of a major legacy transformation
Additional Skills:
1 Should have a knowledge of SAFE Agile practices
2. Participate and drive the installation of the product and setting up of the infrastructure as per the architecture
3. Provide guidance on environments setup, tool configurations etc. matching Enterprise standards so product can be scalable for future needs
4. Drive the delivery of project deliverable leveraging onsite and offshore technical teams. Should be able to review and ensure quality
5. Should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including business clients, domain and system SME, Client management and offshore SME in a Global delivery environment

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
