Key Responsibilities
Promo & event planning, store operational support, staff education, visual display, new store setup, and store performance analysis


Qualifications
1+ years of experience in retail operations
Organized, attentive to detail, and skilled in task management.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Creative lens to develop effective store promos and campaigns
Analyze a variety of sales data to evaluate store performance and come up with strategies to improve the sales
Maintain good relationships with store managers and staff members


Preferred Qualifications
