Job Summary

NousTravel is seeking a highly adaptable, experienced Travel Agent Floater to support multiple client accounts across Entertainment, Corporate, Leisure, and Group travel. This role requires seamless switching between different workflows, systems, and client expectations while delivering exceptional service. Excellent customer service and problem-solving are required. Must be an excellent multitasker.

The ideal candidate has strong technical travel expertise, thrives in a dynamic environment, and excels at quickly adapting to each account’s unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end travel support across multiple accounts, adapting rapidly to each account’s specific policies, workflows, booking tools, and service standards.
  • Handle complex bookings including air, rail, hotel, car, cruises, and ancillaries for domestic and international travel.
  • Manage Entertainment Travel (talent, production, VIP, Music Touring), Corporate Travel (policy-compliant business trips), as well as Leisure Travel
  • Quote fares, issue tickets, process ticket exchanges, refunds, and modifications accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactively resolve traveler issues quickly and independently or in coordination with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records, client profiles, and trip notes while strictly protecting personal traveler information.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and suppliers across all segments.
  • Meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Previous related experience booking domestic and global destinations

· Travel experience to a variety of destinations preferred.

  • 5+ years of full-service travel agency experience, including fares, ticketing, exchanges, car, hotel, air, and rail for both domestic and international travel.
  • Native GDS expertise – SABRE required (additional systems a plus).

· Knowledge of profile tools

· Experience reviewing contracts and rates in GDS (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

· Must be able to travel without restriction.
