Job description

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support customer-facing software and AI-enabled delivery projects. In this role, you will assist in day-to-day project coordination, documentation, and communication while learning best practices in AI and SaaS delivery. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their project management career in a modern, AI-driven environment.

Role Description:

  • Manage delivery of software and AI-enabled projects under guidance of senior project managers.
  • Maintaining project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and delivery documentation.
  • Track project progress, risks, and dependencies and escalate as needed.
  • Prepare and contribute to customer and internal status communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, action items, and follow-ups across cross-functional teams.
  • Support adherence to delivery processes, PMO standards, and best practices.
  • Adapt to changing project priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

AI Delivery Experience (Preferred) 

  • Exposure to software delivery involving conversational AI or AI-enabled platforms.
  • Basic understanding of AI, LLM, or NLU concepts and terminology.
  • Ability to follow and document AI-related requirements and risks.
  • Support customer expectation-setting with guidance from senior team members.
  • Awareness of common AI risks such as data quality or model limitations.
  • Familiar in learning prompt engineering concepts and AI performance metrics.
  • Comfort using AI-powered tools for productivity, documentation, or analysis.

Project Management Experience:

  • Up to 4 years of experience supporting customer-facing software or SaaS projects.
  • Foundational understanding of AI, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working in AI, technical, or SaaS environments preferred.
  • Developing problem-solving and risk-awareness skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce.
  • PMP, AI, or similar certification a plus
