About the Role

We're hiring an Inside Sales Expansion rep - a hunter at heart - to grow revenue inside our existing customer base. You'll dig into accounts already using GigSmart and find the next opportunity: a new location, a new department, a new shift type, a new product. If you love prospecting inside warm logos and turning a single deal into ten, this role fits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run inbound and outbound calls with prospects across all industries including hospitality, retail, warehousing, and facility services
  • Qualify leads, understand staffing needs, and recommend the right mix of G-Force, G-Flex, and G-Board
  • Demo the platform live and walk prospects through their first shift post
  • Hit weekly activity goals and monthly closed-won targets
  • Keep HubSpot clean - pipeline notes, next steps, accurate stages
  • Partner with marketing on lead quality feedback
  • Hand off growth accounts to Account Management team with a complete picture of customer goals
Qualifications

Required:

  • 2-4 years of B2B sales experience in a closing role
  • Strong prospecting skills with proof of self-sourced pipeline
  • Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder deals inside mid-market accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
  • Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRMs

Preferred:

  • Background in staffing, workforce management, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
  • Track record of overachieving quota
