What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments
  • Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store
  • Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers
  • Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs
  • You will promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative
  • Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing
  • Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers
  • You will sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations

What makes you great
  • You have a high school diploma / GED
  • More than one (1+) year(s) of Customer Service/Inside Sales/Counter Sales is preferred
  • You should have excellent customer service skills to be successful in this role
  • You do not have a DUI/DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictions within the last ten (10) years
