Description

The Temporary Trading & Onboarding Consultant will support financial advisors and internal trading teams during Commonwealth’s transition to LPL’s ClientWorks Rebalancer platform. The role is responsible for advisor onboarding, platform training, conversion data review, inbound support, issue resolution, and updating training materials. Key responsibilities include: Supporting advisors and internal trading teams during platform conversion Assisting with model management, assignments, restrictions, equivalents, portfolio rebalancing, and block trading workflows Delivering training through webinars, demonstrations, office hours, appointments, and inbound calls Explaining workflow differences between Commonwealth and LPL systems Reviewing conversion data to identify setup issues and missing information Researching and documenting advisor, account, model, and system questions Escalating complex issues to business and technology partners Updating FAQs, guides, job aids, and training materials Tracking issues and ensuring resolution through completion Supporting testing, defect tracking, and post-conversion stabilization efforts Maintaining knowledge of investment products and trading methodologies Collaborating with Trading, Technology, Product, Operations, Training, and Conversion teams

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
