Full Stack Developer Chantilly, VA We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to support a backend development team focused on middleware and backend services. Requirements * TS/SCI FSP Clearance * College degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree * Minimum of 5 years of hands-on, back-end Java development experience (not Javascript or Springboot) implementing code that undergoes code reviews, unit testing, integration testing and deployed to a production environment * Minimum of 3 years of experience in a big data environment using tools such as Hadoop, Pyspark, Spark, and Hbase (prefer at least two of the list) * Intermediate to Expert level experience in Solr or Elastic Search (minimum 3 years): * Performing schema updates * Possessing significant knowledge & experience in submitting Lucene queries * Possessing significant knowledge & experience on how Solr/Elastic shards work * Possessing significant experience tuning Solr/Elastic for performance and query optimization Desired Skills * Demonstrated experience working with several AWS services * Demonstrated experience with JIRA and GITHUB About Us For more than 20 years, NewGen Technologies has solved our clients’ toughest IT challenges with integrity, security, and outstanding service by delivering both technology and talent.
