We’re looking for

Motivated, customer‑focused Sales Consultants to join our high‑performing sales team. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or someone looking to launch a career in the automotive industry, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

Compensation
  • Full‑time total annual compensation between $40,000.00 – $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross; 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 14 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; subject to terms of pay plan.
  • 30/60-day guarantee of $4,000.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan.

What You’ll Do
  • Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre‑owned vehicles
  • Build rapport and qualify customer needs
  • Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up‑to‑date on inventory
  • Follow up with leads and past customers
  • Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
