THE WORK
As a Proposal Manager for the Commercial Aircraft Sub-Market segment, you will develop and deliver quickturn aircraft production proposals for the Sikorsky commercial S76 and S92 product lines.
Additional specific responsibilities will include:
Coordinate crossfunctional inputs (Material Cost Estimating, Supply Chain, Program Planning, Finance, Contracts, and Programs) to verify compliance and timely receipt of data for pricing and schedule commitments.
Partner with Enterprise Performance, Business Development, and the Program Management Office to execute RiskBased Assessments (RBAs), Independent NonAdvocate Reviews (INARs), and provide inputs for Enterprise Planning Panel (EPP) activities.
Continuously assess and refine the capturetoproposal process, ensuring adherence to all internal policies and external regulatory requirements while driving efficiency gains.
Serve as the primary liaison for the program management team after contract award, facilitating a smooth and effective transition from capture activities to execution and delivery.
Maintain an uptodate repository of pricing models, cost drivers, and market intelligence to support future proposal cycles.
Track proposal milestones, risks, and mitigation actions, reporting status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and promote bestpractice knowledge sharing across the capture organization.
