What You'll Experience

  • Learn how to lead people, manage operations, and drive results.
  • Rotate through leadership responsibilities with increasing autonomy.
  • Plan short and long term for the business and hold 70+ team members and high level leaders accountable to measuring, reporting, and achieving results.
  • Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and values in the restaurant on a day to day basis.
  • Influence talent growth by providing coaching, performance feedback, evaluations, and recommendations for development and promotions.
  • Maintain a strategic partnership with the Human Resources Executive to ensure all staffing needs are met and all director positions are filled.
  • Support Restaurant Marketing Executive to represent the business in the local market through community relations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely inventory orders, schedules, and payroll submissions.
  • Ensure all inspections and events are planned for and executed according to standard.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3-5 years experience in high-volume, fast-paced, guest-focused settings; Chick-fil-A experience highly valued.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Professional in appearance, communication, and actions
  • Self-directed and driven leader who demonstrates respect, honesty, and integrity
