Job description

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our Medical Center team! With new, lower staff to resident ratios, Rydal Park CNA's have a manageable work load and can focus on high-quality care! 

Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our โ€œPhilosophy for Person-Directed Care.โ€  You would develop awareness of residentsโ€™ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.

Schedules Available:

Full-Time rotating day shift, from 7 AM-3 PM, rotating weekend schedule

We are also looking for on-call and per-diem CNAs to join our team!

Pay range: $19 - 21 per hour, base pay, depending on years of licensed CNA experience.

Shift Differentials: $1 per hour shift differential for evening & NOC and weekend shifts! Stack your shift differentials and make $2 additional per hour! 

Must be a certified Pennsylvania CNA.

To be successful in the role, you would have:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
  • Prior CNA or caregiving experience strongly preferred
  • New grads are welcome!
