Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS), part of CoverMyMeds, helps members, employers, and health plans reduce medication costs, improve adherence, and navigate care. The Engagement Strategist sits in our Product organization and is a true blend of product strategy and engagement marketing, focused on ensuring the member perspective is incorporated throughout the product lifecycle at Rx Savings Solutions. The Engagement Strategist partners closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to develop customer journeys and multi-channel outreach strategies across email, SMS, web, mobile, and direct mail that increase awareness, adoption, and meaningful behavior change. The ideal candidate is a curious, big-picture thinker who understands marketing and communications but wants to work more deeply within product, using member insights and engagement data to shape solutions, test and optimize experiences, and turn ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage end-to-end member engagement strategies across the healthcare journey, including awareness, prescription savings, care navigation, medication adherence, and condition management

  • Partner with Product Managers during product discovery and planning to define engagement strategies, customer journeys, and adoption approaches before development begins

  • Develop customer journey maps, channel strategies, campaign architectures, and activation plans that support product adoption and member engagement goals

  • Build, launch, test, andoptimizemulti-channel engagement campaigns across email, SMS, web, mobile, and direct mail channels

  • Analyzecampaign, adoption, and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend data-driven enhancements

  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to develop reporting and measurement frameworks thatprovideactionable insights into member behavior and engagement performance

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Client Success, and Commercial teams to ensure engagement strategies are effectively implemented andoptimized

  • Present engagement strategies, journey designs, and performance insights to internal stakeholders and external clients

  • Identifyopportunities to improve member experiences, increase adoption, and support businessobjectivesthrough new engagement programs and initiatives

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners supporting engagement initiatives and campaigns

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, and typically requires 4+ years of experience in engagement strategy, customer experience, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, healthcare communications, ora relatedfield

  • 2+ years of experience developing andoptimizingmulti-channel engagement programsutilizingat least three communication channels (e.g., email, SMS, web, mobile applications, or direct mail)

  • 2+ years of experience analyzing engagement, campaign, adoption, or customer behavior metrics and applying findings to improve outcomes

  • 2+ years of experience partnering with Product Management, Technology, Analytics, or Operations teams in a cross-functional environment

  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines

  • Experience presenting recommendations, strategies, and results to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in a professional environment

  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM), marketing automation, or engagement technology platforms.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, health technology, benefits administration, patient engagement, or consumer health industries

  • Experience working within a product organization or Agile product development environment

  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar marketing automation platforms

  • Experience developing customer journey maps and personalization strategies

  • Experience supporting product launches, adoption initiatives, or customer onboarding programs

  • Experience working with external agencies, consultants, or strategic partners

  • Familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and campaign performance optimization methodologies
