What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from check-in to vehicle delivery.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs.
- Coordinate repair orders and communicate with technicians to keep work moving efficiently.
- Provide repair recommendations, estimates, and timely status updates.
- Help maximize shop productivity by effectively managing repair flow and technician schedules.
- Coordinate parts and warranty requirements to ensure timely repairs.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
