Job description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers at the counter and over the phone
  • Entering sales orders and cash transactions
  • Stock the showroom with material; update the showroom with any new products
  • Placing purchase orders for special orders
  • Estimate material and jobs for customers
  • Drives sales through the engagement of customers, cold-calling, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Educate themselves on all products and services RWC offers to the public
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Knowledge of roofing materials and their applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
