As a recognized leader in the Rv industry, we're committed to delivering top-notch service and creating exceptional experiences for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated Rv Detailer/Lot Assistant to join our growing team and help us continue being the "Best in the Mid-West!"

Position: PleasureLand Rv Center is currently hiring for an Rv Detailer who will also be completing Lot Assistant duties as needed. This full-time role blends the hands-on work of detailing Rvsโ€”both inside and outโ€”with general lot duties and support for our Parts and Service departments.

Job Duties:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by detailing both the interior and exterior of Rvs.
  • Apply aftermarket treatments such as paint sealants and fabric protectants.
  • Assist in moving customer units to and from the service shop.
  • Help stage and maintain the lot's appearance.
  • Drive company vehicles to pick up, deliver, and receive parts, equipment, and packages.
  • Assist with setting up units for delivery to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year detailing experience preferred
  • Valid drivers license with a good driving record
  • Knowledge and proper use of cleaning agents and their ability to clean vinyl, fabrics and hard surfaced materials
  • Comfortable working with various cleaning equipment and machines such as a pressure washer, high speed buffer, carpet extractor
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and non verbal
  • Must be flexible - able to adjust one's schedule to fit the needs of customers
  • Able to work independently as well as on a team
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Safe working and vehicle operations.
  • Knowledge of proper towing procedures and use of necessary trailer equipment.
  • Self motivated
