At Hilltop Camper and RV our goal is to be the premier destination for outdoor fun! Our family-owned company is in the 3rd generation of ownership and has been in business since 1951. We are currently looking for a Service Manager for our Alexandria, MN location.


As a Service Manager, you will leverage your customer service expertise to assist customers and employees in addressing any RV service needs while providing the best customer experience. Your innate ability to listen and identify customer needs will enable you to guide them to the right solutions for repairing and maintaining their camper or RV. As a skilled leader, you will also manage your team to meet monthly goals, ensure profitability, and drive operational efficiency within the service department.
