POSITION OVERVIEW

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for duties as assigned by the General Manager. This is a seasonal part time/full time position that reports to the General Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Organizing the General Manager's Calendar

2. Screening phone calls and visits for General Manager

3. Receiving and coding all invoices General Manager assigns.

5. Assist with purchasing and monitoring office supplies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years' experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office management preferred.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both verbal and written venue
  • Possess excellent organization skills, as well as the ability to manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Possess exceptional guest relations skills
  • Weekend & holiday hours are required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Physical requirements include bending, standing, lifting, stooping, sitting, walking, stretching, and ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds. Employee is exposed to outdoor weather conditions (hot and humid, rainy, extreme temperatures, airborne particles).
