To thrive as an RV Paint Technician, you need strong skills in surface preparation, color matching, spray painting, and finishing techniques, often supported by experience or vocational training in automotive or RV refinishing. Familiarity with tools such as spray guns, sanders, and paint booths, as well as knowledge of paint types and safety protocols, is crucial.
