Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions utilizing secure video conferencing technology.
• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively address client issues during each session.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of client needs, ensuring tailored interventions.
• Guide clients in gaining insights into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships, promoting self-awareness and understanding.
• Monitor and document client progress throughout the therapy process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and supporting clients in developing healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse range of clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, and other mental health concerns. Our clients come from various backgrounds, highlighting the importance of cultural competence and tailored care in your approach. The flexibility of teletherapy allows you to reach clients in urban, suburban, and rural areas of California, ensuring support is available where it is most needed.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Current and active licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy, with a preference for experience in a remote setting.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients in a virtual environment.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive therapeutic relationship that respects clients from all cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and technology to enhance client interactions.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a willingness to adapt to new methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 based on experience and caseload management.
