We’re currently seeking a Sales Office Administrator to join our growing team of professionals within the Crane Runway Group in Leesport, Pennsylvania.


This position supports our Leesport office Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone
  • Supports multiple functions at the organization including Human Resources, Sales Support and Operations Support for the Flash-Welding Group
  • Reports directly to the Vice President – Crane Runway Group
  • Assists in new hire orientation to include accurate completion of paperwork, compliance, and personnel files management
  • Troubleshoots issues related to telecommunications: IT, phones, office equipment
  • Assists in planning and arranging events and trade conferences
  • Handles all travel and marketing activities such as: booking flights, rental cars, and hotels for the sales team and flash-weld operators, ordering uniforms, shirts, and promotional items.
  • Completes data entry of daily Sales orders for all business units in the Crane Runway Groups Portfolio
  • Generates Purchase Order Documents and partners with Purchasing to ensure timely distribution
  • Manages all group Expenses and prepares monthly expense reports for review by the Vice President – Crane Runway Group
  • Runs Daily Sales Reports for the team and tracks team Order Entries
  • Supports Atlantic Track Flash-Welding Business Unit by completing job/cost summaries, managing team and travel arrangements, maintaining digital job folders, submitting hourly payroll, etc.
  • Assists in maintaining Employee Recognition programs including anniversaries, birthdays, and special achievements
  • Supports payroll and accounting functions as needed
  • Maintains kitchen and communal areas
  • Maintains and orders office supplies as needed
  • Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
  • Maintains accurate records, performs data entry and other clerical duties
  • Regularly works within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to coordinate HR, Finance, and Supply Chain initiatives


Minimum Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC, etc.)
  • Minimum of 2 years of office administration experience
  • Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong record-keeping and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Supports business needs as they arise (potentially on nights, weekends, and/or holidays)
  • Ability to work on-site in Leesport, Pennsylvania
