What Makes This Role Different

  • Lead & Mentor: Guide an inspection crew performing NBIS, DOT and AASHTO work statewide while coaching junior inspectors.
  • Own the Plan: Set schedules, manage budgets and handle client touchpoints for highway, rail and ancillary structures.
  • Advance the Craft: Use drones, lidar, ultrasonic and other non-destructive tools to identify issues before they become headlines.
  • Shape Regional Infrastructure: Deliver element-level and fracture-critical inspections that keep communities moving safely.
